We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Entry-Level Assistant Golf Professional who is passionate about building a career in golf operations. This is a unique opportunity to work at a well-renown facility and alongside a PGA Professional with over 15 years' experience in the industry and the 2025 Arkansas PGA Chapter Public Merchandiser of the Year. Essential Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests at all times
• Assist with daily golf shop operations, including opening/closing duties
• Support outside operations with 2-3 shifts per week (bag drop, cart setup, etc.)
• Assist in the planning and execution of golf tournaments and club events
• Participate in merchandise operations including ordering, receiving, displaying, and inventory control
• Engage with members through regular play and fostering relationships
• Receive mentorship and training in teaching and club repair (gripping, re-shafting, etc.)
• Learn and utilize Gallus Golf tournament software
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Must have some level of golf playing ability
• 5-day work weeks in the off-season
• Up to 6-day work weeks during the peak season (based on club schedule)
