Description
OverviewCasper Country Club is a private country club and golf facility located at the base of Casper Mountain in Casper, Wyoming. It is one of the city's long-standing social and recreational clubs, offering an 18-hole golf course, tennis, swimming, dining, and social events for members and their families.

Experience Required
- Enrollment in the Professional Golfers' Association of America (PGA) Professional Golf Management (PGM) Program or active pursuit of PGA Membership preferred.
- Previous experience in a golf course, driving range, or golf retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of the game of golf, golf etiquette, and course operations.
- Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or recreation environments is strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate professionally with members, guests, and staff.
- Interest in learning all aspects of golf operations including golf shop operations, merchandising, tournament operations, and player development programs.
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during the golf season.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced golf operation.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests while representing the golf operation in a professional manner.
- Assist with daily golf shop operations, including tee sheet management, checking in players, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized shop.
- Support the professional staff with tournament and event operations, including preparation, scoring, cart staging, scoreboard management, and results distribution.
- Assist with merchandising duties such as receiving inventory, displaying merchandise, folding apparel, and maintaining shop presentation standards.
- Help coordinate and manage practice facilities, including range setup, picking the driving range, ball management, and maintaining practice areas.
- Provide starter and marshal support to ensure pace of play and a positive on-course experience.
- Assist with player development programs, junior golf clinics, group instruction, and golf schools as directed by the professional staff.
- Maintain knowledge of golf shop products, services, and club policies to properly assist members and guests.
- Participate in daily operational tasks such as cart fleet staging, bag storage assistance, and outside service coordination when needed.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn all aspects of golf operations while actively pursuing development within the Professional Golfers' Association of America (PGA) pathway.
