Responsibilities of the role:

This person will be responsible for the following activities within the commercial area:

• Create and organize purchase orders in the system requested during the month
• Input and organize customer and supplier contracts in the system
• Create new customers and suppliers in the system
• Control and analyze the inflow and outflow of materials for customers/events
• Participation in results discussion meetings (KPIs)

Qualifications & Experience

• Desired courses: Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing
• 1-year contract - possibility of extension for another year
• Students in their 3rd or 4th year
• For this position, being organized is essential
• Learning opportunities: Excel and Power BI analysis (prior knowledge is not required)
• Intermediate English desired
• Excel analysis

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

• Criar no sistema e organizar as ordens de compra requisitadas durante o mês
• Colocar no sistema e organizar os contratos dos clientes e fornecedores
• Criar no sistema novos clientes e fornecedores
• Controlar e analisar a entrada e saída de materiais para os clientes/eventos
• Participação em reuniões de discussão de resultados (KPIs)

QUALIFICAÇÕES E EXPERIÊNCIA

• Cursos desejáveis: Administração, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Marketing.
• Contrato de 1 ano - possibilidade de prorrogação por mais 1 ano
• Alunos do 3º e 4º ano
• Para esta vaga, é fundamental ser organizado
• Oportunidades de aprendizado: análises em excel e Power BI (não é requisito conhecimento prévio)
• Desejável inglês intermediário

• Na Beam trabalhamos de forma híbrida (3 vezes por semana no escritório e 2 vezes em casa)
