This position is onsite at Riverside 1 and may require time at the Daleville VelocityCare location, as well as travel to other VelocityCare sites as needed.The role will support VelocityCare physicians and APPs, with a focus on payroll, scheduling, onboarding coordination, and credentialing.
This is a full-time position, working MondayFriday for a total of 40 hours per week. The schedule will primarily be daytime hours, with some flexibility in start and end times.
The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative, scheduling, and customer service support to leadership and department staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
The Administrative Coordinator
- Provides administrative support to leadership and department staff.
- Serves as a resource to staff by answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Coordinates payroll processes and maintains time and attendance records.
- Supports licensure tracking and regulatory compliance activities as applicable.
- Maintains databases, files, and department records.
- Coordinates meetings, events, and scheduling logistics.
- Provides technical and clerical support including report preparation and document management.
- Creates and maintains spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborates with team members on projects and data-related activities.
- Composes correspondence and prepares reports, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provides excellent customer service in a dynamic work environment.
- Has professionalism, respect, and effective communication in all interactions.
What We Require:
Education: Associate degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data collection, analysis, or advanced administrative support required.
Licensure/Certification: Not required.
Life Support: Not required.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.
