Scope of Practice
Broad-spectrum general urology including:

• Kidney stone management
• Urologic oncology cases appropriate to facility
• Incontinence and voiding dysfunction
• Erectile dysfunction
• Urinary tract infections

Procedural Capabilities:

• Cystoscopies and office-based procedures supported
• Standard OR cases supported

Not Available:

• Prostate MRI biopsy capability
• ESWL

Facility Overview

• Critical access hospital serving a regional rural population
• Established referral base with consistent demand for urology services
• Integrated clinic and surgical services
• Efficient, low-friction operational environment

This is a community-dependent program where the urologist plays a key role in access to care.

Support Structure

• Dedicated clinic nurse
• Medical Assistant support
• OR staff familiar with urology workflows

What We're Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist
• Active Nebraska license or ability to obtain
• DEA required

Experience:

• Comfortable practicing independently
• Broad general urology skillset
• Experience in rural or low-resource settings preferred
