OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a Medical Assistant for our South Denver OBGYN clinic in Castle Rock. In this patient-centered role, you will room patients, obtain vitals and histories, assist with women’s health and OBGYN procedures, and maintain accurate electronic health records. You will also support scheduling, referrals, and front-desk tasks to ensure smooth clinic flow. Working in a collaborative, physician-led environment, you’ll deliver compassionate, coordinated care and help improve the health of women and families across the Denver metro community while gaining opportunities for growth and development.
Greet and room patients, obtain and document vital signs and medical history.
Prepare exam rooms and assist OBGYN providers with exams and procedures.
Administer injections, collect specimens, and perform basic in-office tests per protocol.
Update and maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation.
Schedule appointments, manage referrals, and coordinate follow-up care.
Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and support front-desk workflows as needed.
Provide patient education on procedures, medications, and follow-up instructions.
Maintain infection control standards, cleaning and stocking exam rooms and supplies.
Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to support patient-centered, team-based care.
Participate in quality improvement and training to support clinical excellence.
